Nevada builder Harmony Homes is bringing new home buyers luxurious living at Lake Las Vegas at tremendous value. “Our Lake Las Vegas communities, Bella Fiore and Tremezzo, have been very popular and it’s no wonder, as they really are the epitome of Harmony Homes’ luxury,” said Robert Beville, president of Harmony Homes. “It’s a spectacular time to buy right now, and people have been eager to buy in these neighborhoods while prices and interest rates are low.”

The builder’s Bella Fiore community offers three single-story floor plans ranging from 2,307 to 2,922 square feet of living space. Prices start in the low $300,000s.

Homes at Bella Fiore come standard with three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. According to Beville, the variety of custom options available at Bella Fiore include additional bedrooms, optional dens, extended closets, outdoor fireplaces, hobby rooms, guest suites and even an upstairs casita.

Tremezzo features two single-story models, as well as a pair of two-story models. Homes range from 2,307 to 4,671 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and as many as 4-½ baths, with three-car garages and multiple design options. Homes at Tremezzo are priced from the $300,000s.

The interiors of the homes at Tremezzo are highlighted by dramatic 10-foot ceilings, seven-inch baseboards and custom rounded corners. The kitchens feature granite countertops and a four-inch backsplash.

Built around a 320-acre manmade lake, the Mediterranean-inspired community of Lake Las Vegas is just 17 miles east of the Las Vegas Strip. It includes resort-hotels and a casino, a marina and golf club, as well as Aston MonteLago Village, which is home to restaurants, shopping and special events.

Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,200 homes since it was formed in late 2008. It offers 10 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the low-$130,000s and ranging from 1,436 to 4,900 square feet. Harmony Homes rings in 2012 with a flurry of activity behind the gated entrances of two neighborhoods that offer the “best real estate opportunities” in Southern Nevada:  Bella Fiore and Tremezzo in Lake Las Vegas.

“I think that Bella Fiore and Tremezzo at Lake Las Vegas are so clearly the best real estate opportunities in Southern Nevada. It’s obvious to me that this is a great time to buy at Lake Las Vegas for the fact that you can buy a luxurious, brand-now home in a fantastic location for so little,” said Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas-based builder.

Bella Fiore features three home designs with 2,307 to 3,959 square feet, three or four bedrooms, 2 ½ to 3 ½ baths, and three-car garages, while Tremezzo’s four luxury designs offer 2,307 to 4,671 square feet, three or four bedrooms, 2 ½ to 4 ½ baths, and three-car garages. Prices start from $308,990.

Home sites along a golf course are available, and most offer city, lake, mountain or golf course views.

According to vice president of marketing Michelle Woodruff, the neighborhoods appeal to buyers seeking both a luxury residence and a resort lifestyle.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 93 south to Lake Mead Drive, head east toward Lake Mead and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway.

The gated entrance to Bella Fiore is accessible through the first roundabout. To reach Tremezzo, continue through the first roundabout and proceed around the lake and up the hill, following the signs.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at noon.
